Sun-drenched slopes, the sea, the bura wind and fertile soil form the foundation for outstanding wines, and our family's love and dedication bring those wines to perfection. Our wines — Debit, Chardonnay, white Cuvee, Merlot, red Cuvee and Rosé — pair beautifully with the dishes we offer in our tasting room, alongside quality local produce.

DEBIT is a native Dalmatian white variety — a refreshing, dry, easy-drinking wine with a straw-yellow colour. It has a medium body, aromas of citrus and chamomile, pronounced minerality and a salty finish, making it ideal for seafood and white fish — but also for lamb, cheeses and lighter dishes.

CHARDONNAY is one of the most famous wine grape varieties in the world. Recognisable for its golden-yellow colour, medium to full body and high adaptability. Aromas range from fresh citrus, pear and green apple to tropical fruits (banana, pineapple, melon). Dry, full-flavoured, with medium to high alcohol. It pairs perfectly with richer dishes: seafood, scampi, pasta with sauce, poultry, veal and semi-hard cheeses.

WHITE CUVEE is a blend of various white grape varieties (Debit, Maraština, Chardonnay and Ugni Blanc) intended to bring together complex flavour, aroma and structure that single-varietal wines offer. Slightly more pronounced acidity, fruity aromas (apple, pear, peach) and floral notes. Excellent with lighter dishes, fish, white meat and pasta.

ROSÉ (rosé wine) is made by vinifying red grapes using the white-wine method — that is, with no or very short maceration. The colour ranges from very pale to deeper pink. It has a light fruity aroma of red berries (raspberries, strawberries), floral notes and a touch of salinity on the palate. Between dry and off-dry, it is best served at 6–8 °C with light cold starters or as a refreshing drink on hot summer days.

MERLOT is a black grape variety and a popular wine — deep ruby-red, known for its soft tannins, medium body and fruity aromas of plum, cherry and blueberry. Ideal with warm starters with meat sauces, various roasts, grilled meats, hard cheeses and cold cuts.

RED CUVEE is a blend of Merlot, Syrah and Plavina, lighter ruby-red in colour; the combination of three varieties gives it freshness, softness, pronounced fruitiness (blackberry and sour cherry) and lively acidity. Serve at 16–18 °C with cold starters of cured meats and cheeses, beef, pork and game dishes.
